Bhadala will be sending wallet subscribers a variety of SMS or WhatsApp or in-app messages which include transaction information, wallet balance information and sales receipts. Should the recipient block these messages then Bhadala shall not be liable to re-send these messages. The messages are not marketing material but may be notifications, authentications or information messages that relate to the payment in question.

No advice or information obtained from Bhadala, its employees, consultants, representatives and partners, whether oral or written shall be construed as a warranty.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bhadala, its TPPP, its officers, directors, employees, suppliers, and affiliates, from and against any loss and costs arising out of or relating to any claims that you have used the Services in violation of another party's rights, in violation of any law, in violation of any provisions of this Agreement, or any other claim related to your use of the Services.
We reserve the right to modify and adjust the terms and conditions of this Agreement. We will strive to notify you of these changes prior to the effective date of the new terms. Should any provision in the terms and conditions become obsolete, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
Your Bhadala wallet will be debited certain fees when you elect to cash-in, make payments, cash-out or transfer funds from your wallet into your own or a third-party bank account or other wallets. These fees may change from time to time as determined by the banking system. By agreeing with these terms and conditions you give consent to Bhadala to debit your wallet accordingly.
Your digital wallet cannot be assigned to any other person but you can send money from your digital wallet to a third-party provided that that third-party is a juristic person and their mobile number is registered with Bhadala.
To perform a cashout transaction using your digital wallet you will need your cellphone number and a unique voucher number that will be sent to your mobile phone or displayed in your Bhadala application. Should you send this voucher to any third-party or give the voucher code to any other party Bhadala nor its third-party service providers shall not be liable for any loss.
You must keep your access credential and any PIN or voucher pins sent to your mobile phone secret and not disclose it to anyone.
Digital wallet transactions will be authorized using your PIN or voucher codes and unless we receive notice from you not to, we will accept all authorized transactions, even if they are actually made without your authority.
You may not use your digital wallet for any unlawful or illegal transaction. It is your duty to make sure that a transaction is lawful.
We reserve the right to reject a transaction in certain circumstances.
We may debit the account with the amounts of all items you authorize, whether the account is in credit or otherwise.
If a transaction cannot be completed, you will receive an error message explaining why.
Any fees for transactions will be deducted from your digital wallet along with the transaction amount.
You elect to receive electronic statements and notifications.
Bhadala will not pay interest to your digital wallet account if you have a positive balance in your digital wallet.
By accepting these terms and conditions you have declared that the information you have provided to us about yourself must be accurate. You must notify us immediately if your details change.
You must tell us immediately if your SIM or phone is lost, damaged or stolen.
Access to any ATM, retail money markets or other electronic device is at your own risk.
Your digital wallet cannot be overdrawn.
